Tropsztyn Castle in Wytrzyszczka seen from the same shore of Czchowskie Lake. Tropsztyn Castle was build in the 13th and early 14th century by Zbrosław or his son Gniewomir, heirs of st. Swierad village (present Tropie, lying on the other side of the lake). First written sources mentioning this castle are dated on 1390, when the castle was already in the possesion of Chebda of Starykoń coat of arms from Tropsztyn. The castle belonged to Chebda family till 1535, when it was sold to Piotr Kmita, castellan of Sandomierz. Within following years Tropsztyn quickly passed from hand to hand and had many owners, and in the beginning of 17th century was already totally ruined. Nowadays the castle is open for sightseeing, but only in summer season (July till August).
HDR merged from 3 photos of different exposure. Taken about one hour after the sunrise.
To najpiękniejsze zdjęcie Tropsztyna jakie kiedykolwiek widziałam Kocham to miejsce i znam doskonale, a mimo to, to zdjęcie zaparło mi dech. Wspaniałe!
